In the 5 minutes it takes to complete the WALT Assessment, you’ll learn what has been keeping you from achieving your weight loss goals. 

Click below on “Let’s Get Started”. Please answer each question regarding how often you engage in different thoughts, feelings and behaviors, on a scale from “never” to “always.” Go with your first response, and don’t overthink!

Welcome to your first step towards actually achieving your weight loss goals! Learning where you have some obstacles to achieving your desired goals is a terrific starting place to create some new thoughts and behaviors. 

When you click start below, you will be presented with the WALT Assessment. Please answer each question regarding how often you engage in different thoughts, feelings and behaviors, along a scale from “never” to “always.”

You should be able to complete the WALT in under 15 minutes.

Once you’ve completed the assessment, you will have immediate access to your report, plus you’ll receive an email link to your personalized report to help identify areas of focus to make your weight loss journey more successful.
